Return and Refund policy

We would be very happy to assist you with the return of your product. You may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be in re-sellable condition unless the product is defective or damaged. 

Please note:
Amazon orders to be returned must be processed through Amazon.com

We will send you a Prepaid Postage label to the email address or phone number provided on the order if one of the following situations applies to you:

  1. The product you received is defective.
  2. The product you received is not the item you ordered.
  3. The product you received is damaged.

For all other returned products within 30 days of delivery date, a refund of shipping charges will NOT apply. The customer is responsible for shipping charges of the returned product.

Late Fee

Returns beyond 30 days of the delivery date would be submitted a Late Fee of the returned value.

Re-stocking Fee

Returns of 20+ items will be submitted a 15% re-stocking Fee of the returned value.
