How long does delivery take?

3-12 business days (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time).

We have two logistics methods:
1. Free shipping
United States: 3-6 business days for delivery
Other countries: 8-12 days for delivery
2. Rapid logistics charges:
United States: 1-2 business days for delivery
Other countries: 4-8 working days for delivery

 

We cannot deliver to the following areas in US:

  1. American Samoa
  2. Guam
  3. Marshall Islands
  4. Northern Mariana Islands
  5. Palau
  6. U.S. Virgin Islands
  7. Armed Forces Americas
  8. Armed Forces Europe
  9. Armed Forces Pacific

How will my packages be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out FNTCASE products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers. Or we will ship from our China warehouse and choose the best carrier.

I ordered more than one item, will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Notes:

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. FNTCASE will not replace the order or issue a refund.
