  1. Cancel an order:
  We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. Once you cancel the order, we will process a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the order can not be canceled.
  
  2. Return and Exchange Conditions:
  You can return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be accepted in its original condition and packaging. However, you need to pay for the round-trip shipping fee.
  Some items cannot be returned:
  · Customs clearance items
  · Gift card
  · Personalized items
  Bundled items sold at a discounted price, e.g. "2 for $35" (unless the entire package is returned)
  · Items you have already assembled
  Items marked "non-returnable" on the sales page
  · Unboxing items
  However, these exceptions do not apply if your item is damaged or defective. In this case, you can contact support@fntcase.com and we will cover the shipping cost. We'll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
  For an exchange, please return and repurchase.

  We will provide you the warehouse address and you can send it back.
  
  5. Refund:
  If a refund is required, we will refund the agreed amount to your payment account. It takes about a few hours from the refund operation to the consumer receiving the refund.
